Ingredients

Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Rinse the millet under running water to remove any debris.
2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of millet with 2 cups of water or broth.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20 minutes, or until all the liquid has been absorbed.
4. Fluff the cooked millet with a fork and serve as a side dish, in salads, or as a base for grain bowls.
5. Store any leftover millet in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
