Packed in a facility that processes cow’s milk, egg, peanuts, tree nuts and significant cereals (gluten).
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, decand into your container of choice and seal tightly.
Directions
1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a fine-mesh strainer under cold running water.
2. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water.
3. Bring the quinoa to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the water has been absorbed.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the quinoa sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
5. Fluff the quinoa with a fork before serving.
6. Enjoy as a side dish, in salads, or as a base for various dishes.
