Directions

1. Measure out the desired amount of Truefood Rolled Oats Gluten Free. 2. Add the oats to a pot with the recommended amount of water or milk. Use a ratio of 1:2 oats to liquid for a thicker consistency, or 1:3 for a creamier texture. 3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. 4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the oats reach your desired consistency. 5. Remove from heat and let the oats cool for a few minutes before serving. 6. Enjoy your gluten-free Truefood Rolled Oats as is, or add your favorite toppings such as fruits, nuts, honey, or cinnamon.
