Warnings
Mild blood thinning effects therefore take advice from a healthcare professional if using cardiovascular/blood thinning/anti-coagulant medication. Lower doses of Vitamin C are advised during pregnancy and lactation unless otherwise recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Vitamin C is generally well tolerated, however doses greater than 1 gram may contribute to loose stools. Some individuals with sensitivity may wish to use doses of approximately 250mg, taken with food, up to 3 times daily.
