From 34 weeks you can prepare, with regular massage using Perineum Massage Oil to enhance flexibility in the skin of the birth area. Benefits: -Dermatologically tested. -No mineral oil, synthetic colourings, preservatives or fragrances, it is completely safe for use over this sensitive area. -Suitable for vegans. How to use: Massage 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes, from the 34th week of pregnancy. After bathing, settle into a comfortable position. Moisten the thumb or index finger with the Oil ensuring the massage is painless and relaxing. Insert the finger into the vagina to around the second finger joint. Massage lightly on the vaginal wall in a rotating movement. Massage the perineum until a light tingling can be felt, then massage the tissue between the vagina and anus gently between the thumb and middle fingers.
