Directions
Use 1 part red rice to 1.5 parts salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until water has been absorbed.
Optional: soak the rice in water for at least 30 mins, then discard the soaking liquid, and rinse the rice to reduce cooking time.
