This product is high in Caffeine. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime if you have difficulty sleeping. Directions

Mix 13g (2 scoops) of powder with 300ml of ice-cold water( Add or subtract liquid until you have reached your desired level of sweetness and consistency). Fill your shaker with liquid first and then add the powder. Shake well for about 10 seconds. Drink 20-30 minutes before your workout. Servings per tub: 20
