Tumeric, Coconut & Ginger Tea

Ingredients
1 teaspoon organic turmeric
1 Tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup coconut flakes
3 tsps grated ginger
3 cups boiling water
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
2 pinches of black pepper
Method
1. Drizzle the honey into a small round bowl and add the turmeric. Use the back of a teaspoon to grind the turmeric into the honey so it is really well blended, creating a paste.
2. Put the coconut, ginger, and black pepper into a big glass jug, then add the boiling water.
3. Leave it to brew for about 30 minutes, then strain the mixture, making sure to press out all the flavor from the coconut and ginger.
4. Just before serving, heat it up, then add the lime juice and the honey turmeric paste. Stir it really well so the turmeric is fully incorporated into the liquid.
