Golden Honey & Blueberry Oats

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk of your choice (dairy, almond, or oat)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp honey (or more, to taste)
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Method
1. In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats, milk, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are creamy and have reached your desired consistency.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. If using, stir in the vanilla extract.
4. Pour the creamy oats into a serving bowl and top with the fresh blueberries.
5. Generously drizzle the golden honey over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy.
