Ingredients
250 ml milk of choice
250 ml boiling water
1TBSP cocoa powder
1 scoop PrimeSelf Keto Creamer
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop PrimeSelf Collagen (Marine or Bovine)
1/2 tsp PrimeSelf Shroom Elixir Powder
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: raw honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a small pot over a medium heat.
2. Let the mixture warm while stirring constantly.
3. Pour into a mug.
4. Enjoy!
Optional: top with mini marshmallows and melted chocolate!
