Ingredients
3 cups water
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup lucuma powder
1 - 2 Tbsp honey (to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla seeds
Method
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
2. Allow the mixture to stand for 1–2 minutes to thicken before serving.
