Ingredients
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
1 glass of spring water
1 tsp activated charcoal powder
Juice from 1 organic lemon
2 Tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of Himalayan salt
Method
1. Add the Chia seeds to your glass of spring water and soak for 20 minutes.
2. Once the seeds have become gelatinous, place this mixture, along with all the remaining ingredients (charcoal, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt) into a Nutribullet or blender.
3. Blend well for a few minutes and drink straight away.
